About the job:
As an Entrepreneur in Residence, you will drive iniatives that explore new business opportunities, contribute to the development of our strategic projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform creative ideas into actionable solutions that align with our company’s vision and mission. In particular, you will:
- Collaborate closely with both founders to develop and launch new business areas from the ground up
- Build digital product companies (e.g SaaS models), potentially spin-off one of the topics into an own real company as a 100% co-founder
- Identify, evaluate, and propose strategic growth opportunities and untapped market potentials
- Conduct in-depth analyses and prepare comprehensive decision-making frameworks for the founding team
- Develop innovative strategies and actionable proposals to elevate our operations and expand our market presence
- Oversee and optimise together with our Marketing Team the execution of marketing campaigns, tracking performance metrics and ensuring alignment with business goals
- Drive the company’s growth by supporting and leading cross-departmental initiatives and fostering collaboration within and across teams
- Continuously scout for new trends and technologies to keep our offerings at the forefront of the logistics and IT sectors

About you:
- Real startup experience in engaging with stakeholders at various levels, from technical teams to executive leadership
- Demonstrated ability to create compelling presentations that effectively communicate implementation strategies to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex processes and technical requirements and create tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive mutual success
- Exceptional time management, prioritisation, and multitasking abilities
- A fast learner with excellent analytical capabilities and a structured approach to work
- Proficient in written and spoken communication in English. German is a plus.
- Prior professional experience in startups, consulting firms, or other fast-paced environments.
