Sploon is MVST’s new social media agency — we create content that makes brands unscrollable. With over 5 years of experience in building engaging digital identities, Sploon combines strategy, creativity, and data to turn followers into loyal communities.
We’re looking for a Junior Social Media Content Creator to join our growing team in Barcelona. This role is perfect for someone with 1–2 years of experience in social media content creation who wants to help shape a young agency, work with a diverse client portfolio, takes ownership of creative projects, and grow into a role with strong career development opportunities.
Role Overview
- Plan, design, and produce content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook & etc.)
- Develop creative ideas and visual concepts in line with brand guidelines
- Create high-quality visuals using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Shoot and edit content using CapCut, phones, and cameras for Reels, Stories, and other formats
- Use social media planning tools like SocialPilot to schedule and manage content
- Explore and experiment with AI content creation tools like ChatGPT, DALL·E, Midjourney, and Sora
- Stay up to date with trends and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table
- Collaborate closely with our strategy and design team to deliver engaging content
Ideal Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in social media content creation (agency or in-house)
- Graduated in media, communications, design, or a related field
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience with CapCut and social media management tools (e.g., SocialPilot)
- Strong photography and filming skills (bonus: experience with professional camera equipment)
- Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok formats and trends
- Interest in AI-assisted content creation
- Fluent English (Spanish or German is a plus)
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
