About the Job
We are looking for a hands-on intern with a passion for marketing automation and CRM systems. In this role, you'll help build, optimize, and manage automated workflows that drive engagement, nurture leads, and support scalable growth.
- Assist in designing and executing email marketing automation campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or similar
- Set up and optimize drip campaigns, lead nurturing sequences, and triggered messages.
- Support the integration and syncing of marketing tools with CRM systems, ensuring clean data and smooth handoffs between marketing and sales.
- Help with audience segmentation, A/B testing, and personalization to improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to build customer journeys that align with the buyer lifecycle.
- Contribute to reporting and analysis to measure performance and uncover opportunities for optimization.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in automation, CRM, and customer engagement strategies.
About You
- You're studying or have a background in digital marketing, marketing automation, or CRM systems.
- You have experience with or are excited to learn tools like Mailchimp or similar.
- You're curious about customer journeys, lead nurturing, and how automation can scale marketing impact.
- You enjoy working independently and collaborating in a cross-functional team.
- You are detail-oriented, organized, and analytical with a hands-on approach.
- You are fluent in English, written and spoken.
- German skills are a nice-to-have but not required.
